Weekly service is the recurring baseline. Turnover checks and extra visits are quoted separately because occupancy can change the workload.

Guest-turnover checks are not automatically included in the weekly plan and must be scheduled separately.
We do not promise emergency or 24/7 response, and repairs remain outside the maintenance-only scope.

Yes, for qualifying residential vacation rentals in Aspen and Snowmass. We review guest occupancy, spa use, access, and the person responsible for checks between visits before accepting a property. Hotels and shared amenities need a separate facility-specific review.

Are guest-turnover visits included in weekly care?

No. Weekly care provides the agreed scheduled maintenance visits. Guest-turnover checks and extra visits are arranged and quoted separately, subject to availability. Heavy use may require more frequent service and checks between our visits.

What is the starting price for vacation-rental hot tub care?

Weekly maintenance is starting at $399 per month per qualifying spa. Occupancy, spa condition, access, and additional visit needs are reviewed before we provide a property-specific quote. Twice-monthly care is not our default for rental properties.
