Weekly care is the normal recommendation for regularly used homes and properties with changing occupancy.
Twice-monthly care is limited to qualifying low-use private spas with stable water and a dependable plan for checks between visits.
Drain-and-refill service, specialty products, filter replacement, recovery work, repairs, and extra visits are outside the routine plan unless separately approved.

Maintenance-only scope. Maroon Creek Spa Care does not perform repair, electrical, plumbing, gas, or installation work. Visible concerns outside our scope are documented and referred to an appropriately qualified professional.

What does monthly hot tub maintenance cost in Aspen and Snowmass?

Twice-monthly care is starting at $250 per month for qualifying low-use private spas. Weekly care is starting at $399 per month. Both are billed monthly. The spa’s condition, use, access, and agreed scope determine the final written quote.

What is included in a routine hot tub maintenance visit?

A routine visit includes documenting the spa’s condition, testing and adjusting the water, removing surface debris, cleaning the waterline, routine filter care, and visually checking circulation, the cover, controls, and accessible equipment. We record the readings and completed work with service notes and time-stamped photos. Draining, replacement products, specialty treatments, and repairs are not part of the standard routine visit.
